This coming weekend is loaded with a nice list of interesting concerts, big parties and bustling dance events. The “Musik-Tanz-Ticker” brings all the information you need to make your plans for the weekend and for the next week. Open eyes and ears and start practice your dancing skills! Favorite Place!
Space Is The Place | Kunstmühle | 19.00 | Efor free
A true crème de la crème of musicians and creative artists will get together. Art, sound and interactivity meet in a full program including the blackhole-factory, TiG – Theatre in the glass house, Peter Wentzler / artverwandt and Hanna Nitsch. If the weather is good, this could be one of the most challenging and at the same time the most relaxed and creative art parties of the summer. Inside and outside of the masonry of the interesting Kunstmühle art and music melt in a quite unsophisticated frame and a hopefully large audience. Worth watching: TiG shows “ ein Musikopfer“ – a section of the work on a new stage play. More music there by Sascha Ehlert experiment, the singer-songwriter Steve Luxembourg, the pop-rock band Mary Lou, and the deep-dubstep Producer Barom. The Blackhole-Factory is showing the interactive installation „The Swallow World“ (in which I really want to“ fly“ again). Enjoy a drink and snacks at the theater bar and an outdoor bbq. Kult-Tour Braunschweig is looking forward to this evening! This is a favorite place!

With original compositions that sometimes are really loud! The Eiko e.V. offers the space to all young bands to perform live. Homemade music is the highest point of the night! This time show DI6E (powerful, massive power pop’n skirt from Gifhorn), The Domodas (pop, r’n’b, soul, black, ska, reggae, dancehall, blues) and Rascal (friendly mix of indie rock and roll and pop punk) what they can do!

Festival @ Schuntille

Just take the best regional bands, a harmonious mix of experienced musicians and newcomers, an active and full of energy public as well as a good pinch of summer sun and fresh air! The result is the Musikum – the summer festival with live music at the Schuntille. Look at the line-up! A lot of bands you already know from our Kult-Tour Braunschweig reports, some are still very fresh – even for us!

Hippie-sounds
Kultur unter Glas | Schul- und Bürgergarten am Dowesee | 20.00 | AK 15 € / Vvk 12 €
The musician Lüül is very relaxed and brings 17 hippie songs from his solo albums, but he did not want to exaggerate his Hippieness. He combines his pieces with polka, ballads and pushes them forward with a proper dosis of rock and roll. The evening will be opened by Kayleigh, Konni Selonke, guitar and vocals and Ralf Lappnau, guitar with cover songs and self-composed songs.

Music lessons: In the 80s, the music has gained a lot of diversity. Above all, the harder style of rocking tunes has been played since then in many variations. Classic and modern rock sounds are here to celebrate the festival Hell over Brunswick. 100 Hertz – this event at Brain Klub has its tradition. It celebrates the subcultural soul of deep electro and techno-sounds. Tonite this great party has australian style. Murat Kilic from Sydney  is a DJ of  Oliver Koletzki’s label „Stil vor Talent“ and he will be the special guest.  He will take control of the turntables with Christian Wollin and Mario Correra and his sounds will take control of you!

Hardcore helps! – You are stressed out? So Hardcore will help you- but this evening Hardcore has also a serious mission! The Hardcore Help Foundation supports charity projects. Some great bands are performing for free, so your money will be a donation for  the foundation. Line up: A Traitor Like Judas, Science Of Sleep, Bedlam Broke Loose, Overcome, Commercial Suicid.
